Sunday Reading Material: Many of you have asked about Nutrition Info so I thought I would provide some guidelines that I use in fueling my body. I definitely try to follow the 80/20 rule when it comes to nutrition. Some Crossfit boxes will often hold a Paleo Challenge for members. They are challenged to strictly follow a Paleo diet for 30 days to see the affects of this diet, not only on their appearance, but also with their performance in the gym.
